PHF condoles Sheikh Ijaz Ahmad on his mother’s death

Lahore: Brig. (R) Muhammad Khalid S. Khokhar, President PHF and Olympian Shahbaz Ahmad Senior, Secretary General PHF on their personal behalf and on behalf of PHF have offered heart-felt condolences on the sad demise of mother of Ejaz Sheikh, Sports Journalist News One Channel who expired on 20^th January 2016.

They prayed that Allah Almighty may rest the departed soul in His Infinite Mercy. They also pray fortitude for the members of the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. Aameen.

Meanwhile;Director General Sports Punjab Usman Anwar has condoled the sad demise of mother of senior sports reporter Ijaz Sheikh.

In his condolence message, DG SBP expressed his deepest sympathies to Ijaz on this sad occasion. “May Allah Almighty give him and his family strength to bear this huge loss and may the departed soul rest in eternal peace,” he said.

The Qul ceremony of Ijaz’s mother was held at 8.00am on Thursday on his residence at Masjid Siddiqia, Bhiki Road, Mohallah Ahmed Pura, Sheikhupura.

A large number of relatives, journalists and notables of the city attended the Qul ceremony.
