Britain has complete confidence in the government of PM Nawaz Sharif: CM Punjab

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that Pakistani government is taking such steps for the development and prosperity of the country, as a result of which, every Pakistani inside and outside the country will feel pride.

He was addressing a press conference in London, today. The Chief Minister said that this visit is one of the successful visits of his political life. He said that due to this visit, British cooperation with Pakistan in education, health, technical training and other sectors will enhance substantially. He expressed the hope that this visit will leave far-reaching effects on Pakistan and Punjab.

Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that serious and extraordinary interest shown by British officials during the visit is unprecedented. He expressed his belief that Britain has complete confidence in the government of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

He said British government is aware of this fact that we are benefiting from British cooperation with sincerity, hard work, trust and transparency under the leadership of Prime Minister and our objective is to provide its fruits to less-privileged segment of the society.

He said that holding of UK-Pakistan energy forum conference in Britain is an extraordinary event in which not only from Britain but prominent investors from China and Pakistan also participated.
