Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Punjab organiser Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar has termed the government’s six to eight hours gas load management plan for domestic consumers and stoppage of gas for factories and textile industries as the worst example of incumbent rulers’ failures. He said the PTI is fighting a war to rescue the country from the clutches of “politicians mafia”.
Chaudhary Sarwar said the rulers would have to stop their “looting spree”, if they wanted continuation of democracy in the country. He said people were facing worst kind of administration and corruption under the PML-N rule and now praying that their rule should end. He said the PTI would win in the next two phases of local government elections and the election results would serve as a referendum against the rulers.
Chaudhary Sarwar was talking to party workers led by PTI Morr Aimenabad union council chairman candidate Rana Kaleem on Friday. Former MPA Mian Arqam Khan, ticket-holder Rana Shahzad Hafeez, vice-chairman candidate Mehr Dilshad and others were present on the occasion.
Chaudhary Sarwar said the incumbent rulers had destroyed the country and people were facing massive price-hike and joblessness. He said the PML-N leaders were raising hollow slogans but people now knew about their real faces. Therefore, he said, people would reject the PML-N candidates and vote for the PTI. He said the incumbent rulers were the mafia, busy in looting the country’s wealth. He said the PTI was fighting a war to rescue people from the clutches of corrupt rulers.
He said now people should also show responsibility and stand with the PTI. He said the PTI would bring a real change in the country by putting it on the path of progress and prosperity.
