Lahore: Punjab University Institute of Communication Studies is organizing a three day international conference on ” Freedom of Expression, Glocal Politics of Emotions” from Monday – November 2-4, 2015 at Avari Hotel Lahore.
Punjab Governor/ PU Chancellor Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana will be the chief guest in the inaugural ceremony while Education Minister Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan will be the guest of honour on this occasion.
More than 50 delegates are participating and over 47 research papers will be presented in the conference. As many as five international and nine national keynote speakers would address the conference theme. Dr. M.A Siddique and Prof Dr. Christian Clifford from US, Dr. Elizabeth Eidi from Norway, Dr. Fernando Resenda from Brazil, Yuone Ridley from UK are among the prominent international keynote speakers. While Javaid Jabbar, Hassan Murad, Dr. Zahid Munir Amir, Dr. M. Nadeem, Dr. Ayesha Laghari, Dr. Sajjad Naseer, Dr. Ahmed Bilal Sufi Munawar A Anees, and Dr. Bushra H. Rehman are among the top national keynote speakers.
