LHC summons cops deputed on Ayesha Ahad security

Lahore: Lahore High Court has summoned 4 cops deputed on Ayesha Ahad security.Today during the hearing of the case,Ayesha Ahad’s lawyer informed the court that despite the clear orders of the court,Punjab Govt had not provided full security to his client,the court had ordered to provide 4 cops to Ayesha Ahad for security duty but only one cop was deputed which was a contempt of court.

The govt lawyer took a stance that 4 cops had been provided to Ayesha Ahad which was rebuffed by the applicant and said that Ayesha Ahad life was in danger but the govt deliberately was not providing security to her.

The court summoned all 4 cops and adjourned the hearing of the case till tomorrow.
