Lahore: Punjab University has awarded PhD degree to renowned religious scholar Muhammad Raghib Hussain Naimi S/o Muhammad Sarfraz in the subject of Islamic Studies after approval of his thesis entitled “Asri Muashi Masail Ijtihad-Manhaj Wa Asrat”.
