Rana Arshad distributes prizes among students at Hajvery Cadet School Gulberg

Lahore: Parliamentary Secretary Information, Rana Muhammad Arshad has said that children are our future and builders of the nation and we can achieve a prominent place among comity of nations by equipping them with education. He said that training and education of children on modern lines is need of the hour and such training will be helpful in coping with challenges faced by the country.

He expressed these views while addressing prize distribution ceremony of Hajvery Cadet School Gulberg-III today.

Chairman of the school Chaudhry Ansar Mehmood and Principal Maj. (R) Imtiaz Alam as well as a large number of parents and children were present on the occasion. Rana Arshad said that promotion of education is among priorities of the government. He said that Punjab government under the leadership and guidance of Punjab Chief Minister is making efforts round the clock for improvement of public-private schools.

He said that under endowment fund, Punjab government has awarded scholarships of more than five billion rupees to one lakh students due to which the talented students are acquiring education in prestigious private educational institutions. At the end, Rana Arshad distributed prizes among children obtaining prominent positions.
