Senator Prof. Sajid Mir calls on Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif

CM PunjabLahore: Head of Jamiat Ahle Hadith Pakistan Senator Prof. Sajid Mir met Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, here today.

During the meeting matters of mutual interest and country’s situation were discussed. Speaking on the occasion, Shehbaz Sharif said that a decisive war is being fought for purging the country of the menace of terrorism. He said that terrorists are being eliminated from the country through operation Zarb-e-Azb. He said that terrorists and their facilitators will find no place to hide.

The Chief Minister said that National Action Plan evolved with national consensus is being implemented in an effective manner for eliminating terrorism. He said that National Action Plan reflects national commitment for eliminating terrorism and extremism. He said that effective steps are being taken speedily in Punjab under National Action Plan.

Shahbaz Sharif said that 18 crore people of Pakistan are determined to eliminate terrorism and extremism. He said that the enemies of peace killing innocent Pakistanis will reach their logical end and the war will continue till the elimination of last terrorist. He said that the scourge of terrorism will be rooted out from the country through the unity of the nation.

The Chief Minister said that all political forces have to play their positive role for meeting the challenges being faced by the country. He stressed the need for promoting sentiments of brotherhood, tolerance and patience in the society in the present situation.

Shahbaz Sharif said that we all have to play our role for constituting peaceful society and maintaining atmosphere of brotherhood as the need of unity has increased much more than ever before in the present situation. MNA Hafiz Abdul Kareem and Amir Bait-ul-Maal Punjab Salman Mangla were also present on the occasion.
