Pakistani nation mourns the death of Dr Javaid Iqbal

Lahore: Dr Javaid Iqbal’s death is being mourned at large scale throughout the country.People from all walks of life expressed grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Dr Javaid Iqbal.

Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Muhammad Iqbal said Dr Javaid Iqbal death was a great loss to the Pakistani Nation.The speaker Punjab Assembly said that Dr. Javed Iqbal was a true patriotic Pakistani and his services for the country will be remembered forever.

CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has console the family and pray for eternal peace for the departed soul.

The Chief Minister said that the deceased was an enlightened person, who throughout his life fought against ignorance and rotten traditions through his writings and speeches.

Shahbaz Sharif said that he is deeply grieved over the death of Dr. Javed Iqbal.

He prayed to Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude.

Senator Pervaiz Rasheed expressed grief and said today Pakistan deprived of a great visionary scholar.

Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Senator Pervaiz Rashid has expressed his deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Justice (r) Javed Iqbal.

In his condolence message, the minister said that in his death Pakistan has lost a beacon of intellect of wisdom.

During his life Javed Iqbal gave authentic explanation of Iqbal’s poetry in its true spirit.

Former PM Ch Shujaat Hussain,Ch Pervaiz Elahi,Ch Moonis Elahi expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the death of Justice (R) Dr. Javed Iqbal son of poet of the East Allama Iqbal.

In a condolence message, the Chaudhries  expressed condolences and sympathies with the bereaved family. They prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and strength to the members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.

Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran has expressed his grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Justice (r) Javed Iqbal, son of renowned poet and philosopher Allama Muhammad Iqbal. He said that the nation has deprived of great philosopher and he had a lot of memories of Allama Iqbal. In his condolence message, the VC prayed that departed soul may rest in eternal peace and Almighty Allah may grant courage to the members of bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
