Shahbaz Sharif reviews the arrangements regarding the possible flood situation

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif issued instructions to Cabinet Committee on Flood, officers of concerned divisions and districts through a video conference which lasted three hours in view of the possible flood situation in the wake of recent rains.

The Chief Minister was briefed in detail not only about the weather situation during next few days but also current flow of water in rivers and threat of possible flood in rivers due to rains.

The Chief Minister individually enquired from the members of Cabinet Committee on Flood and administrative officers about the steps taken regarding advance protective arrangements.
