Private schools will not be allowed to increase fees : Shahbaz Sharif

CM Punjab Shahbaz SharifLahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that private schools will not be allowed to increase fees at any cost. He said that private educational institutions will have to take back the increase in fee at all costs.

He said this while addressing a high level meeting at Civil Secretariat through video link here today.

The Chief Minister said that unnecessary increase in fees in the name of education is unacceptable. He said that law will take its course against those private educational institutions as will not take back the increase in fees.

Provincial Minister for Law Rana Sanaullah, Chief Secretary Punjab Khizar Hayat Gondal, Secretary Law from Model Town while Provincial Minister for Education Rana Mashhood Ahmed, Chairman Chief Minister’s Inspection Team, Secretary Schools, DCO Lahore and concerned officials from Civil Secretariat attended the meeting.
