Some litigants land in courts to misuse law procedures :Mian Anwar Nazir

Mandi Bahauddin(Sher Gondal ): Mian Anwar Nazir District and Sessions Judge has said that there were two types of litigants.

He was addressing here a function held under arrangement of DBA to accord welcome and send off to incoming and outgoing judges on posting. Explaining further he said first category included those who really have genuine cases and come to courts for justice. The litigants belonging to other category are the ones who land in courts to misuse law procedures to suppress their opponent parties. He said it was duty of the judges and lawyers to asses such cases and deals with them accordingly.

Mrs. Shazia Cheema was posted in as Senior Civil Judge while Rai Muhammad Khan Senior Civil Judge and Adnan Mehdi Civil judge were posted out.  These judges in their address thanked lawyers for holding luncheon to welcome and bid farewell to them.

Besides lawyers, the function was attended by all judges including ADSJs Abdul Raheem, Khyzer Hayat Minhas, Asif Bashir, Muhammad Iqbal Haral and Imran Naqvi, DPO Raja Basharat, ADC Afzaal Wariach. Earlier President DBA Iqbal Gondal and other lawyers welcomed the guests.
