Sargodha Board ‘s second position holder in Intermediate examination meets CM Punjab

CM Punjab Shahbaz SharifLahore: A student Kamran Wajid belonging to a poor family who got second position in Intermediate (Arts Group) examination in Sargodha Board met Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, here today. The Chief Minister congratulated Kamran Wajid on showing excellent performance in intermediate examinations, his mother and Principal Govt. Higher Secondary School Hafiz Muhammad Saeed. Shehbaz Sharif gave away a cheque for five lakh rupees and laptop to Kamran Wajid whereas a cheque for Rs.1.5 lakh to Principal Hafiz Muhammad Saeed.

Speaking on the occasion, Shehbaz Sharif said that the hard working students like Kamran Wajid are great asset of the nation. He said that Punjab government is spending billions of rupees on the down trodden but hard working and talented youth like Kamran Wajid. The Chief Minister announced that Punjab government will bear the educational expenses of Kamran Wajid and materialize the dream of
talented orphan student for getting further education. He said that despite difficult situation, Kamran Wajid has shown an excellent performance in inter examinations. He said that Kamran Wajid by
working on a shop for meeting his educational expenses is a symbol for bright future of Pakistan and we all are proud of his excellent success. Shehbaz Sharif said that Kamran Wajid has achieved unprecedented success in difficult situation due to hard work and prayers of his mother.
