Punjab Government further increases the security of PTI leaders

Lahore: The spokesman of Punjab Government has said that due to likely threats, Punjab Government has further increased the security of PTI leaders. He said that security of Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Ch.Muhammad Sarwar, Mian Aslam Iqbal, Abdul Aleem Khan, Malik Taimur and Mehmud-ur-Rasheed has been increased.

The spokesman told that security audit of the residences of these leaders is being conducted and search operation of the adjoining areas is continuing. He said that instructions have been issued to Special Branch, Counter Terrorism Department and other concerned institutions.  The spokesman said that a letter has been written to FIA to trace out the threatening email.
