7 more senior officers sentenced for Attock school incident

Lahore: CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif taken action against 7 senior officer including three provincial secretaries for showing negligence in Domaili School incident.Secretary Health,Secretary Schools and Secretary Local Government have been made OSD whereas DG Health Dr Zahid Pervaiz  ,Director General Institute of Public Health,Assistant Commissioner Jund and AC Deena were suspended.DCO Jhelum and DCO Attock ,EDOs Health,Education and TMOs were already suspended in this case.

It is pertinent to mention here,hundreds of students were become unconscious due to poisonous dengue spray in Domaili School.They are being treated in local hospital even after three days of the incident.

Meanwhile, On the orders of Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Home Department has imposed section 144 throughout the province under which anti-dengue spray by private companies has been banned at government and private educational institutions and public places. Anti-dengue spray will not be carried out in any educational institution or public place in future without the permission of Health Department. Home Department Punjab has issued a notification in this regard.
