Lahore: Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan has decided not to take part in the bye-elections of NA-122.This decision was made on the request of PTI which is an allied party of JIP in KPK.
PTI’s candidate from NA-122 Aleem Khan visited Mansoora and called on Ameer-e-Jamaat Senator Siraj ul Haq. He welcomed the decision of JIP for not fielding their candidate in the bye-elections of NA-122 and requested for support too.
The JIP yet to decide to whom to support in the forthcoming bye elections. It would be pertinent to mention here that Jamaat-e-Islami has thousands of votes in the constituency.
