Ch Brothers visit Saudi Embassy to meet Ambassador to Pakistan Abdullah Zehrani

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain and senior central leader, former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi had a meeting with Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan His Excellency Abdullah Zehrani in Islamabad today.

During the meeting, which lasted for some time, views were exchanged regarding relations between the two countries, prevailing international and regional situation and other matters of mutual interest.

PML leaders highly appreciated measures and sentiments of Saudi rulers, royal family and people for Pakistan and expressing their heartfelt gratitude that they have fully supported and assisted Pakistan in every difficult time and at one time when economic sanctions were imposed on Pakistan, Saudi Arabia had fully supported us. They said that people of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have unbreakable brotherly relations which every Pakistani looks at with great respect and value.

Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi further said that besides two wars with India, in every natural calamity be it earthquake or anything else, Saudi Arabia has fully and actively helped and supported us while millions of Pakistanis have got employment in Pakistan. They said for us, security of Saudi Arabia is security of Pakistan and we are very much concerned over incidents of terrorism there and our party, PML, during Yemen crisis had emphatically called for immediately dispatching Pak army for protecting Harmain Sharifaen.
