It has been sealed due to extremely unhygienic conditions, Cockroaches in kitchen area, poor sanitary conditions, open drains, poor hygiene of cold storage, water accumulation in kitchen, expired soup paste in cold storage, uncovered food items and non compliance of instructions given earlier in this regard.
