PML-N MPA Kaneez Akhtar passed away

Lahore: PML-N MPA Kaneez Akhtar passed away.She was under treatment at services hospital after a road side accident. She belonged to Faisalabad and had long association with PML-N as a worker.She elected MPA on a special seat reserved for women in 2013. Her funeral would be offered tonight at Askari 10,Lahore cantt.

Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has expressed deep
sense of sorrow and grief over the death of Kaneez Akhtar, Member
Provincial Assembly of PML-N. The Chief Minister expressed sympathies
and condolences with the members of the bereaved family and prayed
that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and
grant courage and strength to the heirs of the deceased to bear the
irreparable loss with fortitude. He also eulogized the services of
Kaneez Akhtar for the party.
