Those ranting against Pakistan Army are the enemies of Pakistan: Ch Sarwar

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s Punjab Organiser Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar has said those ranting against Pakistan Army are the enemies of Pakistan and Pakistanis and should be tried according to the Constitution and law of the land.

He said the whole nation was paying tributes to Chief of Army Staff Gen Raheel Sharif and Pakistan Army for its successful operation against terrorists in Khyber Agency. He said the Election Commission of Pakistan must ensure deployment of Rangers at local body election polling stations to foil the PML-N’s attempt to rig the elections.

According to a statement of Chaudhary Sarwar was issued from his office on Thursday. Chaudhary Sarwar said the Pakistan Army men had laid their lives in the war against terrorism to ensure peace in the country.

He said COAS Gen Raheel Sharif rightly deserved the credit of wiping out terrorism from the country. He said the nation was standing with the Pakistan Army but unfortunately some elements in the society were making exploitative statements against the Pakistan Army. He said such elements must be held accountable.

He said the PTI would always be standing with the Pakistan Army to fight a war against terrorism. He said the PTI was preparing for the local body elections and foil PML-N’s all attempts to rig the elections. He said the Election Commission of Pakistan should take notice of pre-poll rigging.
