Babar Awan was the central character of Nandipur corruption scandal:Zaeem Qadri

Lahore: Member Punjab Assembly Syed Zaeem Hussain Qadri has said that Nandipur Project was the result of worst corruption of Peoples Party tenure.

He said that leader of Peoples Party Babar Awan was the central character of Nandipur corruption scandal in that period.

Commenting upon the statement of Aitzaz Ahsan, Zaeem Qadri said that Aitzaz Ahsan should find thieves of Nandipur scandal in the ranks of his party who set records of corruption in national development project. He said that PML-N government has changed the dead project of Nandipur project into a minaret of development due to its hard work and untiring efforts and the nation is benefiting from 425 megawatt electricity generated through Nandipur project.

Earlier, commenting upon the statement of Imran Khan, Syed Zaeem Hussain Qadri said that Imran Khan is unaware of meanings of political consciousness. He said that PTI’s violent way of politics is contrary to civilized political values.

He said that Imran Khan proved himself politically immature during sit-ins. Zaeem Qadri said that politics of sit-ins badly contaminated the political environment of Pakistan. He said that Imran Khan introduced lie in national politics.
