Multan Police booked MNA Malik Abdul Ghaffar Dogar nephew on the direction of CM Punjab

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of torture of SDO Ghalla Mandi Multan and ransacking of the office of MEPCO by the nephew of Assembly Member Abdul Ghaffar and sought a report from RPO Multan.

He directed that action should be taken against the persons responsible for torture of SDO and ransacking of the office of MEPCO. He said that law is equal for all and no one will be allowed to take law in his hand.Meanwhile,Mumtazabad,Multan police have registered a case against the nephew of the MNA Malik Abdul Ghaffar Dogar for attacking MEPCO office and beating SDO Ghalla Mandi.

It would be pertinent to mention here that Malik Abdul Ghaffar Dogar had contested as a PML-N candidate on May 11, 2013 and  he defeated Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi. He bagged 81830 votes while Mr. Qureshi could only muster 64763 votes.
