Lahore : Pakistan’s Guinness World Record Holder Muhammad Saadi has expressed his desire to better his own world record of pulling the heaviest vehicle with moustaches. He was talking to media at National Hockey Stadium on Wednesday.
Saadi, who pulled a 1740 kg motor car with his moustaches in the Guinness World Record show in Milan, Italy in July 2014, said that he will pull a vehicle weighing up to 2500kg in the next event. Saadi’s previous world mark was 1700 kg mini truck which he recorded in 2012 edition of Punjab Youth Festival.
Saadi said that Director General Sports Punjab Usman Anwar had a major role behind his historic feats. “DG SBP provided us every facility and best possible platform to demonstrate our rare potential,” he described.
Saadi, who hailed from Faisalabad, informed that his two sons – Mehmood Akmal and 5-year old Kaleemullah were also ready to pull heavy vehicles and earn good name for the country. “Mehmood Akmal is training hard to pull 10 vehicles with his shoulders. My other son Kaleemullah had pulled a car in March 2014,” he further said.
