Ansar Abbasi’s brother Ijaz Abbasi passed away

Lahore: Ijaz Ahmad Abbasi, renowned political and social personality of Murree and elder brother of senior journalist and Editor Investigations of The News Ansar Abbasi passed away after a heart attack Tuesday night. He was 58.

He was eldest son of Haji Muhammad Sajawal Abbasi (Late). He left behind a widow, three sons and a daughter. His Nimaz-e-Jinaza will be offered at 1:00 pm in the afternoon in his incestral village Illiyot near Bhoorban, Murree.

MQM Quaid Altaf Hussain has condoled Ansar Abbasi on his brother’s death.

Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the sad demise of Ijaz Ahmed Abbasi, elder brother of senior journalist Ansar Abbasi.

In his condolence message, the Chief Minister prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.
