Lahore: Soon after the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif annoyance over unscheduled loadshedding at Iftar & Sehr times, the Ministry of Water and Power has set up Federal Complaint Cell to address complaints of consumers regarding electricity round the clock.
The consumers can lodge their complaints on telephone numbers 051-9204430 and 051-9206834.
Complaints can also be registered online on website www.mowp.gov.pk.
The cell comprises General Complaint, Load Management Cell and Monitoring and Surveillance Cell.
As per the government directives, there will be no power load-shedding at Sehar, Iftar and Taraweeh during the holy month of Ramazan. In case of load-shedding during the said timing, the consumers can lodge their complaints.
