Lahore: The Supreme Court on Friday sent the PML-N Omar Ayub Khan to home by giving order of re-election in NA-19 Haripur. PML-N Omar Ayub Khan had won the seat in general elections 2013 .PTI ‘s Amir Zaman had challenged PML-N Umar Ayub’s success submitted that his opponent victory was the result of rigging.
Earlier, the election tribunal had ordered re-polling at seven polling stations of the constituency.The decision was challenged in the Apex Court.
A three member bench headed by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja delivered the judgment in the petition filed by the PTI leader.
