MD PEF Dr. Aneela Salman stated this while presiding over a departmental meeting at her office on Friday. Concerned officials were present on the occasion.

She told that this will help as many number of out of school/dropout male and female children to join formal schooling through the platform of Punjab Education Foundation. As EVS facilitates needy kids to join partner schools of choice, therefore, such children will be free to make it to suitable EVS partners. This is especially helpful for the girls. She said that EVS is very useful in meeting educational needs of the needy children as vouchers are helping to bring a positive change through education. Keeping in view the importance of this program, EVS has been extended to all the districts of the province to ensure equal opportunities of education for children, she concluded.
