The parents and their five children died due to fire in a house, Rawalpindi

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the death of parents and their five children due to fire in a house of Chaklala Scheme-3, Rawalpindi.

The Chief Minister ordered investigation into the tragic incident and sought a report from administration.

Shahbaz Sharif expressed sympathies and condolences with the bereaved family and said that he is deeply grieved over the death of seven persons of a family in the tragic incident of fire. He directed that investigation should be carried out from all aspects and report be submitted.

He said that if any negligence of rescue departments is found in the light of investigation, strict disciplinary action will be taken against them.
