Ch Pervaiz Elahi addressed a big public meeting in Mandi Bahauddin

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi has said that present rulers who stopped our facilities of free medicines, free education, cheap electricity and adequate water for irrigation for the people are only showing jangla bus, why Nawaz Sharif is shy of mentioning Kashmir because of which Army Chief General Raheel Sharif had to state that Pakistan is incomplete without Kashmir.

He said this while addressing big gatherings in Pahrianwali, Mandi Bahauddin and other places in NA-108 after enthusiastic reception.

Ch Parvez Elahi said there are no medicines in the hospitals in the Punjab, people are deprived of education, electricity and clean water, dacoits, thieves and murderers have made the life of the people miserable.He said that these rulers always give pain in the budget instead of relief, they have no policy, no thinking and no vision, they are not making even our established hospitals and colleges functional. He expressed the confidence that the people will not vote for those who stopped our provision of gas projects and have done nothing for the people and only out their stamp on cycle which is their partner in every moment of happiness and sorrow.

Ch Parvez Elahi said N-League is against the farmers, whenever they come in power the farmers life becomes miserable, during our tenure we exempted from tax, got concreted 600 kilometers water channels, provided cheap fertilizer and seed, now farmers are facing losses of rice, wheat and cotton crops, we had procured every grain during our tenure, the govt used to pay 50 per cent of agricultural tube-well electricity bills.He said friend of Nawaz Sharif Moodi sends dead bodies on the control line and he sends him gift of sarees. He paid rich tributes to Army Chief General Raheel Sharif who is working in an untiring manner on every front for Pakistan.

He said that attention of the rulers is only on jangla bus and not the problems of the people, what other cities and district gain out of this except one route.He said now people have got yet another opportunity to ensure victory for cycle so that coming generations become prosperous, those who have been launching failed schemes cannot provide any benefit to the people ever, they have wasted the whole budget of the Punjab, voice of the cycle to be raised from Mandi Bahauddin will go all over Pakistan, people have decided to get rid of N-League, a beginning has been made in this regard today from here, N-League is in power for 15 years but has done nothing for the welfare and well-being of the people. He said from 1983 till today we have not considered ever Mandi Bahauddin separate from Gujrat, during our tenure and then later as the Deputy Prime Minister sanctioned gas for Pahrianwali after Mandi and other areas but these deaf and dumb rulers did not allow this project to be completed, got constructed district hospital at a cost of one billion rules which is still lying incomplete.

On this occasion Hamza Nasir Iqbal said that hands of Ch Parvez Elahi have to be strengthened to eliminate darkness from the country, govt of Shahbaz Sharif is product of corruption, , N-League is a corrupt party and to compete with it we will have to come in the field.

Riaz Asghar Chaudhry said that Ch Parvez Elahi during his tenure had got completed development works worth Rs 25 billion in Mandi Bahauddin.

On this occasion Arif Gondal, Zulqarnain Sahi, Sajid Ahmad Khan Bhatti, Khalid Mahmud Sindhu, Ch Ejaz, Ch Ikhlaq, MPAs Baasima Chaudhry and Khadija Farooqi, Amna Ulfat, Majida Zaidi, Kanwal Nasim and other PML leaders were also among those present.

Ch Parvez Elahi was accorded very warm and enthusiastic reception and welcome everywhere in NA-108, people chanted slogans and showered flower petals on him.
