University of Education organizes an awareness seminar regarding first aid training

Lahore: University of Education, Department of English organized an awareness seminar regarding first aid training and rescue activities in emergency situations at Township Campus.

Additional Director (Admin) Bashir Ahmad Ch. participated as chief guest while Principal Township Campus Dr.Asmat Ullah Cheema, faculty members and a large number of students were present at occasion. The basic purpose of seminar was to create awareness and provide proper training among students about rescue operations and other relief activities in critical emergency situations.

Addressing the seminar, Additional Director (Admin) Bashir Ahmad Ch. suggested that keeping in view of country’s current situations first aid training is an essential step in every educational institute.

Principal Township Campus Dr.Asmat Ullah Cheema and others also spoke at occasion. Afterwards students demonstrated the practical steps of first aid training and rescue activities which were highly appreciated by the audience.
