Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) provincial Organizer for Punjab Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar has said that “eradication of corruption and injustice is essential for stability, development and prosperity of the country.”
He was talking to a delegation of Insaf Lawyers Forum led by Gohar Nawaz Sindhu, Muhammad Saleem advocate and Amjad Awan advocate here at his office on Wednesday.
He said that the rulers have failed to eliminate traditional and exploitive Thana Culture from the province and the people have come out on roads against the policies of the government to record their protest against the oppression of the ruling elite. He said that PTI is fully committed in supporting protests by the people with the aim of ensuring that they grey their due rights.
Chaudhary Sarwar stressed upon the provincial and federal governments to adopt sincere measures in the budget to overcome electricity load shedding unemployment, poverty and price hikes. He said that government should fulfil its duty of resolving issues of the people besides ensuring inexpensive justice to them at their doorstep.
PTI leader said that under the dynamic leadership of the party Chairman Imran Khan, PTI will raise voices at all forums for the rights of the people.
