University of Education organizes two days orientation workshop on policy guidelines

Lahore: In collaboration with University of Education and Higher Education Commission (HEC), two days orientation workshop on policy guidelines for the implementation of uniform semester system in Higher Education Institutes of Pakistan held at Division of Education, Township Campus.

More than 30 participants including teachers and officers from varsity’s all campuses and divisions, University of Central Punjab, University of Management and Technology, Government College University and Govt.College for Elementary Teachers Kot Lakhpat, Gkhhar and Kamalia were present. The core purpose of workshop was to review policy guidelines for better implementing of uniform semester system in higher education institutes around the country.

While addressing the participants, Director Division of Education Dr.Intzar Husain Butt being resource person said that such type of workshops are most necessary for the promotion of quality education in Pakistan. He stressed the participants to play a healthy role for the promotion and complete implementation of uniform semester system.Dr.M.Khalid Mehmood, Dr.M.Amin and Dr.Shehzada Qaisar also delivered lecture to participants.
