DIG Ops dismissed 4 SHO’s for misusing of powers

Lahore: DIG Ops Dr Haider Ashraf has awarded punishments to different cop including dismissal  of 4 SHO’s  for misusing of powers.SHO Garden Town Asad Abbas is among the dismissed SHOs who had arrested the son of the former interior minister Ahmad Mukhtar Ch, Faisal Mukhtar in drunk position with illicit weapon.The former SHO Islampura Mubeen Butt for declaring a disable an absconder in fake cheque case.He was suspended by CCPO Lahore earlier this month.The DIG first reverted him for submitting a fake diary of raid and then dismissed him as a SI for lodging a fake FIR.SHO Shafiqabad Inspector Mustinir Ahmad was dismissed for lodging a fake FIR and SHO Nawab Town SI Rafi Ullah is dismissed under corruption allegations.Former SHO Nishtar Colony Inspector Muhammad Akmal is awarded punishment of reversion,stoppage of annual increments  for burking and late registration of FIR.Former SHO Gawalmandi Tahir Mehmood,former SHO Mustafa Town Javaid Iqbal,former SHO Gari Shahu Anwar Saeed ,SHO Mozang Zahid Mehmood and other were also punished for misusing of powers,failing in controlling crimes and expressing lethargy while on duty.
