Lahore: No government has taken practical and real steps for the welfare of labour community and only paper work has been done for lip service in this regard. This was stated by President PTI Lahore Chapter Abdul Aleem Khan while holding meeting with PTI Labour Wing here in Lahore Office. He said that during last two years not even a single mega watt electricity has been contributed which directly damage the labour community similarly one sided proceeding of privatization has also suffered the working class by making them unemployed at large scale. He said that in fact it is our religious obligation to provide equal rights to the daily wagers but those who grab the rights of the labourers have come into power and now they claiming to be the champions of the same which is miserable. Abdul Aleem Khan claimed that Tehrik-e-Insaaf has given practicable solutions of the problems of the labour community and after coming in power Imran Khan would solve all the national issues which would provide relief to the working class, as well. Abdul Aleem Khan also criticized the present government on implementing agenda of World Bank and IMF and said that such policies can never be useful for the labour community and it must be discouraged. On May Day we all should strive hard to work for the betterment and provide them congenial atmosphere with a standard living.
