Lahore: Patron-in-chief Pakistan Hindu Council and Member National assembly Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani, while expressing extreme grief over quake tragedy in Nepal, has said that the timely humanitarian aid sent to Nepal by the Pakistani Government and Pak Army is a good sign. He was addressing the general body of Pakistan Hindu Council, here at Hyderabad. On the occasion,one-minute silence and special prayers were also held.
Prominent Hindu law-maker Dr. Ramesh Vankwani, while recalling services of former Chief Justice Rana Bhagwan Das (late), also briefed the participants regarding the ongoing progress to protect the minorities rights according to the Supreme Court orders.
Keeping closer and friendliest relations with Pakistan, Hindu population of Nepal consists of more than 80 percent which is largest than any other country across the globe.
