PML-N wins 15 seats out 20 in Lahore Cantt LB Elections,firing incidents send 13 to hospital

Lahore: PML-N has swept the Local Bodies election of Lahore Cantt by winning 15 seats out of 20.Federal Minister Khawaja Saad Raique has congratulated the party workers over the win and said their day & night hard work earn this success.

According to the unofficial results,PML-N Mian Ashfaq,Qari Hanif,Akram Sohal,Ibad Mehmood Qureshi,Faisal Faryad,Ch Rashid Sindhu,Shahid Ali Sheikh,Raja Shahzad Hussain,Naeem Shahzad Bhatti,Rana Tanveer,

PTI Taimoor Malik have won their seats.

Meanwhile,at least 9 people injured in shootout between PML-N & PTI supporters in Chungi Amar Sadhu.The injured have been shifted to Lahore General Hospital where their condition is reported out of danger.

In another incident,two alleged shooter belonged to PML-N opened fire at PTI election office in WC ward 1 in Madina Colony causing injuries to 4 people.The injured immediately taken to LGH where one ‘s condition was reported critical.After the shootout,PTI leadership reached at the spot and demanded arrest of the culprits.Factory Area police claimed that both parties had fought one week before during election campaign too.
