PTI asks election commission to notice prepoll rigging arrangements in Cantt board elections

Lahore: President PTI Lahore Aleem Khan has asked the election commission to notice prepoll rigging steps being taken by the administration on the indications of the federal minister Khawaja Saad Rafique.

Aleem Khan in his letter to election commission expressed his no confidence upon the staff of punjab education department and demanded federal staff for conducting the electoral process.He said that for women polling stations of ward 1,2 and 5 elections ,female staff was taken from the Islamia College for women.The college principal Miss Latafat is a friend of MPA Ghazala Saad Rafique,her posting was made on the recommendations of federal minister Khawaja Saad Rafique.Hiring of presiding and assistant presiding officers from the same college is only for ensuring rigging,Aleem Khan alleged.
