Supreme Court disqualify PTI’s MNA Ijaz Ch

Lahore:  The apex court has disqualified Ijaz Ch ,the PTI’s MNA from NA-108 by up holding the decision of Election Tribunal and ordered for new elections in the constituency of Mandi Bahauddin.

Ijaz Chaudhry contested election 2013 as an independent candidate from the constituency of NA-108 of Mandi Bahauddin and joined PML-N. Later,he inspired by Imran Khan’s vision of the change and mixed with PTI.

PML-N losing candidate , Mumtaz Tarar challenged his degree in the Elections Tribunal that was proved a fake and he was disqualified by the Election Tribunal. Ijaz Ch challenged the ET decision in the Apex Court but Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Elections Tribunal.
