Walled City of Lahore Authority organizes photo walk

Lahore: Walled City of Lahore Authority will start photo walk today from Dehli Gate. Registration of nearly 832 Participants from diverse occupations and localities has been completed. Director General Walled City of Lahore Authority Kamran Lashari has said that the main objective of Photo Walk is to promote tourism.

A number of participants from different walk of life will participate in this walk. He said where Walled City of Lahore Authority is working on the restoration and maintenance of Walled City same on the other hand we are giving our best to promote tourism here and we are utilizing all our creative and professional skills to promote it. He said it will be a different sort of walk.

The spokesperson of Authority Tania Qureshi has said the walk will commence from Dehli Gate by today in morning 9am and will end at Fort Road Food Street via different havelis, bazars and other prominent historical places. She said that the prominent communities are appreciating this walk. This would be a unique and success full walk. She said it is highly motivated and encouraged that a number of participants are students from different universities. Students also have had their registration in this regard. During the walk, participants will shoot the historical monuments of walled city, and streets from their camera.
