Smuggled medicines recovered from AB Pharmacy at Lalak Chowk

Lahore: Chairman Chief Minister Task force on Eradication of Spurious Drugs & Parliamentary Secretary Health Khawaja Imran Nazir along with a police party raided AB Pharmacy at Lalak Chowk. Unregistered and smuggled medicines worth lakhs of rupees were taken into custody. Drug Inspectors Syeda Imam Hussain, Faisal Mehmood, Aamir Shahzad, Rana Shahid and Shaukat Wahab also included in the raiding party.

Kh. Imran Nazir said that AB Pharmacy has been sealed and action will be taken against the owner as per law. He said that the business of substandard, unregistered and fake medicines will be completely eliminated from the province.
