Ch Sarwar discuss political situation with opposition leader in Punjab Assembly

Lahore :Member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Core Committee and Former Governor Punjab, Muhammad Sarwar met the Opposition Leader Punjab Assembly, Mian Mehmood Ur Rashid at his office in Lahore.

Views were exchanged on upcoming Local Bodies Elections in September 2015, internal party affairs and the situation in Karachi.  Both leaders demanded that political parties clear their ranks of target killers and criminal elements.

Muhammad Sarwar emphasised that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has always stood for the eradication of militant wings and criminals by political parties because politics should only be practiced for public welfare and development of the country. He said that peace in Pakistan can not be achieved by eliminating criminal elements from just one city but from the entire country.The public should also not vote for political parties with criminal associations because people supporting such criminals are also enemies of the country and its prosperity.

Muhammad Sarwar said that ‘Real’ Change can only be brought about by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and the people of Pakistan are no longer going to accept governments based on injustice and oppression.  He added that rulers make numerous promises and commitments during election campaigns however it now time that they deliver on their promises and safeguard the lives of the people of Pakistan.
