Former spy chief could not win the trust of the masses

Lahore: Former spy chief Brigadier (r) Ijaz Shah could not win the trust of the masses in by-elections of NA -137 Nankana Sahib despite the clear support of Pakistan Therek-e-Insaf.The voters took least interest in the elections producing extreme low turnout.

According to the unofficial results ,PML-N candidate Dr Shazra Mansab Ali remain on top with 77,890 votes whereas the independent candidate Ijaz Shah bagged 39635 votes.
