The second batch 425 Corporals will pass out this month:Col.(R) Shuja Khanzada

Lahore: Provincial Home Minister Col.(R) Shuja Khanzada has said that Counter Terrorism Force is the best force of the province and the second batch of its 425 Corporals will pass out this month. He said that the Corporal completing training are infused with the spirit of sacrifice against terrorism and will come up to the confidence reposed in them by the nation.

This was stated by him during inspection of various training courses of Counter Terrorism Force at Elite Police School Badian Road, today. Deputy Inspector General Elite Force Ch. Mohammad Tahir, Commandant Elite Police School Col. Saad Saleem, Course Commander Corporals SSP Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Course Coordinator SP Qamar Zaman and other officers were also present.

The Minister said that other provinces of the country are also following the steps taken by Punjab government against terrorism. He said that war against terrorism has become the war of the nation and has to be won through collective efforts.

Col. Shuja Khanzada further stated that the government has decided to set up counter terrorism school and academy and this decision will soon be implemented. He said that government, military, people, law enforcement institutions and all political parties are on one page against terrorism and determined to root out this menace. He said that the eyes of the nation are on Counter Terrorism Force.

The Minister also inspected academic sessions, martial arts, physical training, marksmanship, investigation and other training courses and expressed his satisfaction over the training standard.
