Lahore: President Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan was the chief guest at the second day evening events of National Horse and Cattle Show who was brought to stadium in a horse cart and his arrival was announced through bigul sound. Provincial Minister for Irrigation Mian Muhammad Yawar Zaman accompanied the guest.
Immediate after his arrival, peace tableaus and songs were presented to pay tributes to martyred children of Peshawar tragedy. Real brothers and sisters as well as parents of martyrs were also present on the occasion. Army Band Punjab, Ranger Band and Camel Band played tunes and displayed excellent unity and discipline promoting the traditions of living nations. Tent-peggers while reflecting the spirit of moving ahead in difficult situation presented best events at night which were appreciated by the audience. Children and women especially enjoyed from cultural colors floor of Pakistan. Traditional dance and folk artists entertained the audience through their art. Horse and camel dance was worth seeing. Rangers’ Youth Candle Parade, events through different formation and fireworks were unique. Later, Provincial Minister for Irrigation Mian Yawar Zaman presented souvenir while Zakia Shahnawaz photo album of National Horse and Cattle Show to the chief guest.
