Chief Secretary Punjab reviews the arrangements of Horse & Cattle Show 2015

Lahore: Chief Secretary Punjab Khizar Hayat Gondal presided over a special high level meeting to review the arrangements of Horse & Cattle Show 2015. Heads of various provincial departments gave detailed briefings about the Horse & Cattle Show arrangements and security plan was also discussed.

Khizar Hayat Gondal stressed upon heads of concerned provincial departments to make best arrangements for Horse & Cattle Show. Special Secretary Health informed the meeting that a 10-bed hospital will be set up during Horse & Cattle Show.

The meeting was told that fire work will be held for the recreation of the people on the occasion. Special floats, folk music show, races and other sports will be held for representing the culture of all provinces. MNA Pervaiz Malik, MPA Mian Marghoob Ahmed, Additional Chief Secretary, Secretaries of Information, Home, Local Government, Schools, Higher Education, Industry, Agriculture, Forest & Fisheries, Health and Finance Departments besides DG Sports, Commissioner Lahore, DCO Lahore and other senior officials attended the meeting.
