Lahore Police arrest 975 persons for violating Punjab Information of Temporary Residence Ordinance 2015

Lahore: CCPO Lahore Capt (R) Ameen Wains and DIG operations Doctor Haider Ashraf have given clear cut instructions to all divisional SPs to take strict action that are violating tenant law on which Lahore Police has arrested 975 persons after registering 687 FIRs in violation of Punjab Information of Temporary Residence Ordinance 2015.

Police has already informed house owners, property dealers, tenants and hotel managers to inform immediately to the concerned police station. They are also bound to inform about any tenant having weapon.
