Governor Punjab Ch Muhammad Sarwar resigns

Lahore: Governor Punjab Ch Muhammad Sarwar has resigned after differences with PM Nawaz Sharif .He was appointed Governor Punjab in August 2013 and had taken oath after quitting British Nationality vowing to serve the nation.

The PML-N led Government remained under fire due to this decision as critics lamented that Nawaz Sharif had found no suitable person in Pakistan for this prestigious office .

Ch Sarwar time to time proved himself a strong opposition within the government that always annoyed the ruling party.His last critics on the failure of the government as US president did not visit Pakistan and left the region after visiting the neighbor country India  for two days.
