VCAS confers Non Operational Military awards to PAF personnels

Lahore: An Investiture Ceremony was held at Air Headquarters, Islamabad, in which Non Operational Military awards were conferred upon Officers, Airmen and Civilians of Pakistan Air Force for their distinguished services. Air Marshal Sohail Gul Khan, Vice Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force was the Chief Guest on the occasion.

In the Ceremony, Chief of the Air Staff Commendation Certificates were conferred upon 86 PAF personnel including Officers, Airmen and Civilians. 07 Proficiency Excellence Badges to PAF Officers, 11 Tamgha-i-Khidmat (Military) Class-II and 04 Tamgha-i-Khidmat (Military) Class-III were conferred upon airmen.

These awards are given in recognition of the acts of extreme devotion to duty rendered by the Officers, Airmen and Civilians of Pakistan Air Force, for positively contributing towards the overall efficiency of the service. A large number of PAF high ranking officers and personnel attended the ceremony.

Similar ceremonies were also held at Northern, Southern and Central Air Commands of Pakistan Air Force.
