Ombudswoman orders action against a headmaster for harassing a lady Naib Qasid

Lahore: Ombudswoman Punjab has ordered action against a headmaster for harassing a lady Naib Qasid and reinstated a bank manager upon the allegation of harassment proving wrong.

Provincial Ombudswoman Prof. Dr. Mira Phailbus has ordered to stop three annual increments of the headmaster of govt. high school as the allegation of harassing a lady Naib Qasid was proved which will be applicable immediately.

Similarly, the case of suspension of a bank manager on the allegation of sexual harassment was considered by Ombudswoman. The inquiry committee declared the bank manager as accused, however, Ombudswoman ordered reinstatement of bank manager with full pay as the allegation of sexual harassment was not proved against him.
