CM orders foolproof security on Eid Milad-un-Nabi

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has ordered foolproof security arrangements in the province on the occasion of Eid Milad-un- Nabi. He directed that senior police and administrative officers should personally supervise security measures and remain present in the field while elected representatives should monitor security arrangements. He further directed that the security plan evolved for this purpose should be strictly implemented and clearance for Eid Milad-un-Nabi processions should be given only after complete checking of the routes. He further said that Eid Milad-un-Nabi processions should also be monitored through CCTV cameras.
